Prakritik Lifestyles was born from a simple idea shared by Vishakha Agarwal and Dheeraj Agarwal, who are senior Art Of Living teachers and entrepreneurs. They noticed how disconnected people had become from nature and wanted to bring the wisdom of Ayurveda into everyday life. They believed that living naturally could lead to a healthier, happier life. Starting with a few carefully selected, eco-friendly products, they aimed to help people make small, meaningful changes in their lives. But Prakritik Lifestyle quickly became more than just a place to buy products. It grew into a community focused on living in harmony with nature. Today, we offer wellness and eco-friendly products, wellness events, therapies such as Rekheno, Osteo, Murma etc and more. Our mission is to make the principles of Ayurveda accessible to everyone, helping people reconnect with nature in simple, effective ways.
