Welcome! I am THE KITCHEN QUEEN. I was born in Naples Italy & now I live in New Jersey. Italian cuisine is my specialty. I also enjoy cooking Japanese,Thai, Mexican, French & Chinese Cuisine.I'm a Baker & cake decorator with over 30 years experience in the restaurant business.I started at 8 years old working in my father's bakery, JULIA'S ITALIAN BAKERY in Ocean City Maryland. My father was a Baker & pastry chef/cake decorator.Eventually my father retired from the bakery business & opened two Italian restaurants/pizzerias in Florida.It was then at age 13 I started flipping hundreds pizzas out of DOUBLE STACK BLOGGET oven every night after school.I was proud to work for my father, he taught me alot. Naturally I opened my own restaurant, sold it & retired from the restaurant business.Today you'll find me at home cooking for the people I love most,my kids & my amazing Husband.Now I want to share everything I know with you.So let's get cooking together!
