As an established and well-respected musician in her native Norway, Rikke has written and released five solo albums to date on her own Rikkileaks label, whilst becoming a household name due to her ‘day job’ as backing vocalist to some of Norway’s biggest pop acts such as Bernhoft, Madcon, Emma Steinbakken. Inspired by her father’s record collection her songs come to life on a 100yr old grand piano in the center of her Oslo apartment.
With previous success in Norway and Germany, and now signed to London’s Cooking Vinyl, Rikke is readying her next project which promises to build on her impressive career foundations and shine a light on her abilities as a unique & enigmatic songwriter who sings in full colour and wears her heart firmly on her sleeve.
