Raven Seiara grew up in the Dayton Ohio area. Music has always been a big part of her life, starting in the church. She grew up listening and singing along to a plethora of genres. During childhood, she liked to write short stories and poems.  After the death of a very special uncle and father figure (Keith A. Jackson), she ventured into song-writing which is still a present-day passion.
To this day, she continues to write music. Raven states "it's all about connection, and making people feel something. Music is a conversation." She quotes her Uncle Keith A. Jackson's words that "conversation moves the nation," and that's exactly what she's doing. She's conversing and relating with the people through her music. Raven even argues that if she can reach just one person, then it's possible to reach a nation. She's adding new skills to her artistry and teases that she's ready to converse  with the people in a new way!
