The IPC, is a national generational transformational movement for change, brought about by a consciousness of the failure and stagnation of the implementation of the socioeconomically development administrative programs and policies.

We hereby, in so constituting ourselves, take a solemn oath, collectively and individually to Uphold, Respect and Implement the Constitution of the Republic of Namibia, as the Supreme law and its laws, in the protection of our Heritage and Dignity, United in our Diversity, for the benefit of all our people. May our torch on our banner of unity guide us to break the chains of servitude. Empowering our people to determine their own future through grassroots participatory democracy Namibia is all we have!!! Namibia is not for sale!!! We must and can save it!!!
