The series follows the adventures of Rosey your typical intelegent, optimistic, and autistic teenager who discovers a island and a colony of little creatures known as snow warts. Among them is Snowball an energetic, Hyperactive, snow wart. Now every day she spends her time playing with Snowball, and Billy the big blue penguin in their homeworld of glacier borough, whilst also thwarting the plots of the evil sleet Queen.
