Q founded Swift Stretch Recovery in 2019 during the transition from a small efficiency studio in Florida to Texas, where it first began as "S3 Performance" (Speed Sport & Stamina), focusing on overall performance & wellness. After time spent as a lead stretch practitioner at the StretchLab franchise and an internship with the Dallas Mavericks & New Orleans Saints' former team physicians, he decided to create a platform that provided this service both mobile and in-studio across the U.S.

Since 2023, Q has been documenting his journey on YouTube through his time as a triathlete and multi-faceted health & wellness coach and sharing training advice. Deep down, he just loves food and lives the hybrid athlete lifestyle, showing you his journey to "A Multidimensional Way of Life."
