Greg Kemp is the owner of Kemp Home Inspections, LLC and ASA Engineering Group, LLC. As a licensed professional engineer performing structural inspections and home inspections he realized that there is not enough information about residential structural issues available for home buyers. Many people believe that structural issues are complex, dangerous and very expensive to repair. On this channel Greg shows that this is rarely the case. Most issues are not dangerous and can be resolved relatively easily.
