My 2/17 workout included weights & cardio.
-Warm up: 10 min on Peloton
-Dynamic stretching
-Full body without- garage gym style
Barbell Back Squats: 4x10
Bench Press: 4x8-10
Hex Bar Deadlift: 4x8-10
Roman Chair Back Extensions: 4x10-12
Push ups: 4x10
Cool down: 5 min on Peloton
Static stretching

š£February āMovement is a Blessingā Challenge!!
Get Moving Challenge!!
Goal:
1. Move more, sit less!
-Break up your sedentary time thoroughout the day.
-Take āmovement snacksā when you're sitting & scrolling or sitting and working.
-Stand when you can, walk when you can!
2. Get yo moderate-to-vigorous physical activity on!!
-Aim for 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) to 300 minutes (5 hours) a week of moderate-intensity,
-OR 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) to 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) a week of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity,
OR an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity.
(These recommends come straight from US Department of Health and Human Services)
-Note: aerobic activity should be spread throughout the week. Don't try to get all in in 1-2 days okay. We want consistent movement throughout the week. Rest days are okay though!
3. Donāt forget them muscles!!šŖ
-Aim for muscle-strengthening activities of moderate or greater intensity and that involve all major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week.
Why This Challenge?:
-Donāt act like you don't know! 𤣠jkjk!
-One of the best things we can do to stay healthy is move our bodies! The ability to do so is a blessing š
-So lets do it!
Workouts:
-You can do any workout of your choice!
-Or you can use whatās in my fitness app! (For those in my membership community).

7 -Day Metabolic Health Starter Challenge: Prep Day 1
Iām so excited to kick off this challenge! Iāll be going live in January 15th for the official start of this challenge!
Thatās right, a Wednesday!! š
Reminder:
1. This will be an evergreen challenge, meaning you can do it any time youād like, as many times as you need. Iāve created a playlist where videos from all 7-Days of this challenge will live.
2. Each day of this challenge will focus on aspects of metabolic health! I will be providing you with actionable steps to help you set your up for success in achieving your health goals.
Areas of focus will included: mindset, physical activity, nutrition, sleep, stress management, social connection, and planning. I truly want you to win! So letās do this!
Why a metabolic health challenge? This is a very important topic in my opinion as many of the chronic conditions that we have that are on the rise today are rooted in poor metabolic health. Thatās is why I focus so heavily on creating healthy lifestyle change that is geared towards improving metabolic health!
Prep for your 7-Day challenge!
Prepare your kitchen!!
If youāre able, I encourage you to have at least one home cooked meal per day of this challenge! Iām sharing this ahead of time so you have time to hit up your grocery store. Now, we will dive much deeper into nutrition during then challenge. So itās okay if you want to wait until then. But if you want to go the extra mile, I encourage you to plan ahead!
Also, pull out your favorite drinking cup/bottle so itās ready to go! We will be staying hydrated all week!
