I'm Amanda Fidler, a psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and founder of Checking In Counselling & Consulting. After over 15 years supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, I felt called to create something deeper — a space where the mind, body, and soul can come back into harmony.
