My name is Nick, I'm the DIYer and my wife April, is the designer and together we show you our DIY projects. I'm a real estate agent in Austin, TX and April is an interior designer in Austin, TX.

We both got started with DIY and design after buying our first home in 2014. We renovated the entire house from the flooring, bathrooms, lighting, exterior, landscape, and garage. When we sold that house 5 years later, we did really well on the sale and received a lot of compliments on our "flip."

I learned how to DIY just about everything and April's love of design started to come to light.

Since then, we've built our semi-custom work in progress dream home in Austin.

I say work in progress, because even though it was a brand new home, April finds plenty of things to add in and she keeps me busy!
