For years, I've lived by the motto that if something doesn't apply, you'll never know if it's for you. This philosophy has taken me on incredible journeys, from exploring new cultures around the globe to delving into personal growth and spirituality.

I'm an ex–sales exec turned Somatic Coach for Leaders and founders. I help ambitious founders and senior leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and nervous system resilience. My approach supports leaders who want to transition or scale sustainably without sacrificing their well-being.

Fun fact: In the last 10 years, I’ve called 4 continents home—life (and travel) has been my greatest teacher.
