PDS Organic spices is a unit of Peermade Development Society (PDS), who promotes the cultivation, processing and marketing of world class quality organic spices to help marginal farmers to achieve sustainable livelihoods. We work with the small, marginal and tribal farmers spread across the Western Ghats region of Idukki, district in the state of Kerala, India.
We provide all possible assistance to follow organic farming, promoting farmer innovations and traditional knowledge, implementing activities focused on enhancing the agro biodiversity, help in value addition and quality improvement of the products, purchase the produce at a premium price from the farm gate, process produces in our own facility and market it in international and domestic markets.
Inspired by the Bible passage “… that they may have life and have it abundantly” (John 10:10), PDS Organic Spices reaches out to give each individual the chance for sustainable development.
