I've been writing software for 30 years and building Shopify stores for 20.

This channel is about what that work actually looks like now that AI writes most of the code.

Not dropshipping. Not "proven strategies." Real problems out of a real agency — the ones that quietly cost money every month and never make it onto a tutorial list. What we built to solve them, what it cost, what broke, and why I made the decisions I did.

Because in a world where AI can build almost anything, writing the code stopped being the hard part. Knowing what's possible became the hard part. That's what I'm showing you.
