Last weekend I was away in the Cotswolds (England) taking a much needed break after a fairly intense few weeks. I filmed two bodyweight only workouts outside the old converted milk parlour we were staying in.
The first of which is available now to YouTube VIP channel members {& in TPT studio ad free). I appreciate all your support enabling this channel to keep going.
This will also go public to everyone on YouTube 3rd Nov for non-members.
The first of the two is an 10 minute intermediate difficulty Calisthenics workout perfect for a quick home strength session or to do whilst travelling. It consists of no nonsense quality strength movements with low key deep house music in background.
