One for the Mums! Although I don't post much content around it I'm actually fully qualified to coach pre/post natal fitness.

For this video I collabed with ‪@TheMumBodPT‬ (*also a TPT studio trainer) to provide a short post natal core strength follow along workout designed to help Mums start recovering their core strength after birth.

This video is suitable for Mums 6-8 weeks postpartum (check with midwife / doctor if experienced any complications) or for Mums who feel they never recovered they core strength back after birth even if it's been a lot longer.
