We understand that caregiving is the foremost barrier to career entry and advancement for women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ people in any industry—receiving care is the second.

By ensuring that productions adopt operations that promote physically and emotionally safe working environments, we create the conditions for better resource management, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
