Welcome to The Simple Sober Life! I help others make small changes so they can create a Life of Awesome. My name is Joshua Abel. My life has been full of ups and downs and recently I have gone through my lowest low. Over the past two years I have lost my business, ruined my wonderful relationship, lost my home in Florida and was fired from my dream job that allowed me to be creative and travel the world. Oh and I just got out of jail. If it weren't for my youngest sister I would literally be homeless. Now, I am on a journey and creating a life of Awesome!
