ICTV programming originates with the ICTV public access channel in northern Minnesota. Most of the programming on our site, like Just Outdoors, is created as a studio program with our local staff.
As a nonprofit, ICTV is family oriented and informational in nature. As such, we are careful to follow many of the same rules on YouTube that we follow for our cable access programming. We love comments on our videos, however, comments or usernames that are crude, obscene or contain profanity will be removed. It's just how we operate. Thank you for complying with our request to keep it clean.
