I am a homekill slaughterman in New Zealand. I kill,skin,gut and prepare animals for the butcher to process for people who want their animals to eat and don't have the skills or equipment needed to do this.The videos put on here are intended to educate the poorly and misinformed people out there that have no idea of what happens when an animal is slaughtered for homekill. The main animals that I do are cattle (beef), sheep (mutton) & pigs (pork). I also do deer(venison),goat (chevon) & alpacas (viande) occasionally. I will also show videos of tips and tricks on how to do certain things.I am in no way trying to glorify the killing of animals in any way, I am simply showing that it can be done very effectively and humanely with the proper skills and equipment.
