A little about Me
I have spent over 20 years working with children in every setting you can imagine. I have taught all core subjects but elementary reading is one of my favorites. I have taught at public and private, all boys and mixed gender, overseas and in the States. I worked with students who were second-language learners, those who had learning disabilities, and who were highly gifted and talented. I was a highly effective and qualified teacher for 14 years with a Master's Degree in Teaching & Learning before I decided to leave the brick-and-mortar classroom and have a child. While I am 100% not ready to leave my little one and return to school, I'm still a teacher. I have decided to focus that energy on finding amazing books and activities for my son.
