I’ve also been a career coach and career expert working with well over 1000 clients and have been quoted for career advice in multiple major publications including Business Insider, Fortune, and CNBC.

This experience, over the years, has given me tangible understanding not only from the perspective of a career coach, but also the person posting the jobs, conducting the screening and interviewing, dealing with hiring teams, and making offers to prospective candidates.
