Classes created for home practise and taught by me - Jo Higlett - founder of Clifford Studios.
Expect a range of 20 - 50 min sessions, mostly in Mat Pilates, High Intensity Pilates, Barre and Cardio. These are the 4 types of exercise that have kept me passionate about movement and which I have been teaching since 2009. There are also some strength and stretch classes thrown in for good measure!
Classes can be put together or taken alone depending on your schedule and how your body is feeling.
I thrive on variety and my dance background means each class flows whilst still hitting the intended muscle groups.
