I’m Sam—husband, dad, and adventurer on a mission. When my wife was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2023, our world changed. With two young daughters, including one with autism, we’ve had to adapt—but I refuse to stand still.

Source2Sea is my way of fighting back. Over five years, I’ll take on five epic expeditions, tracing some of the world’s great rivers from source to sea—hiking, cycling, and kayaking thousands of kilometers to raise awareness of MS and vital funds for the MS Society.

This isn’t just about the big journeys. I’ll be sharing my training, setbacks, and triumphs—proving that no challenge, on the trail or in life, is too big to take on.
