Welcome to Blue Heron Hill, we sit atop a hill over looking a small bay off of Lake Ontario, New York State. With only shy of 3 acres, we are trying to squeeze in as much as we can in a sustainable way. We recently acquired 8 more acres just down the road from our main property with plans to add more garden space and areas for new animals to roam. Join us in our successes and stumbles, it's always a learning process... Summers here for the kiddos are filled with gardening, art, cooking, chickens, science, reading, swimming, and boating.
The mission of my channel has since evolved over the last few years is to disseminating gardening, cooking and animal care information to anyone who has an interest. Come and join us as we become sustainable stewards of our land leaving it in better condition than what we found it.
