I’m a licensed psychologist, therapy professor, and scholar offering liberation-centered education on relationships, mental health, and identity. My work integrates clinical psychology, research, and multicultural frameworks to support nonmonogamous, queer, neurodivergent, and BIPOC communities in building authentic, nourishing, and liberated connections rooted in autonomy and collective care.

You’ll find evidence-based psychology for real life: myth-busting polyamory education, trauma-informed tools, and analyses of how love, attachment, race, gender, power, and mental health intersect in everyday life—grounded in science and lived experience.

I also share additional liberation-centered resources through my email list, including my free Winter Polydays Guide for navigating the holidays with authenticity, boundaries, and collective care.
