Hello! I am a certified Stress/Trauma Release Practitioner, for 30 years, unwinding and releasing adrenaline and stress from the nervous system to heal anxiety and overthinking, to find greater joy and connection. I graduated from UC Berkeley. I am also an Actor and Author. My passion is to share what I wish I knew at the height of my stress and trauma and all I have learned.

When I was traumatized I made a choice that I needed to find what works without taking medications. This is when I found Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing work and joined his training. It saved my life.

It's not just talking about your problems, it's unwinding the stress response from the nervous system and the body. This in turn helps the racing thoughts calm down so we can be clear mentally and physically healthy.
