Welcome to Sweat at Home Club ✨ This is fitness that fits your real life. My name is Brooke, founder of the Sweat at Home Club and I've been a certified trainer in NYC for almost a decade.

I started this Club to prove you don’t need an expensive, fancy studio (or hours at the gym) to feel strong, confident, and balanced. These workouts are sweaty, smart, and efficient and built to support women’s bodies and hormones, not burn you out.

Pilates sculpt, strength, cardio, mobility flows. I keep it real, I keep it raw, and I make sure every rep counts. If you’re ready to feel stronger without burning out, you’re in the right place.

The classes posted on this YouTube channel are quick versions of my longer-format workouts featured in the Sweat at Home Club app. In the app, you'll have classes of all durations for beginners, intermediate or advanced levels. Jokes aside, you truly don’t need equipment to start. To this day, I still find myself working out with just my bodyweight and a kitchen chair.

That said, having some equipment can help you build strength over time. Even then, what you actually need is minimal.
