I started this Club to prove you don’t need an expensive, fancy studio (or hours at the gym) to feel strong, confident, and balanced. These workouts are sweaty, smart, and efficient and built to support women’s bodies and hormones, not burn you out.

The classes posted on this YouTube channel are quick versions of my longer-format workouts featured in the Sweat at Home Club app. In the app, you'll have classes of all durations for beginners, intermediate or advanced levels. Plus, I have some really bomb music over there which I think is such a crucial part of workouts!
