I began my involvement in the real estate industry in 1991 as an investor and property manager to help pay my way through college. After spending some time as an engineering consultant in the commercial construction field I got my real estate license in 2011. I was drawn back to a carrier that I loved but expanding it to helping others buy and sell their properties. I mainly deal with residential new construction and resales as well as stay involved with some commercial deals a year. A few years after licensing I got involved with the local Realtor Association leadership as a board member and 2021 President. My yearly number of transaction averages places me in the top 5-10% of my local market year over year.
