You probably know a little about us already, but here's a little more background;
The Brompton folding bike was designed & first built in London in 1975 by Andrew Ritchie in his flat opposite the Brompton Oratory. Today, Brompton is the UK’s largest bike manufacturer & Australia is a big of this story of phenomenal global growth.

Bromptons increase people’s freedom - this concept is at the heart of everything we do.
Because the Brompton can be folded & taken with you, you can do hybrid commutes - mixing train & car rides -even air travel. There's less chance of theft, & the Brompton is easy to store at work & home.

Each Brompton frame is hand brazed at our factory by a brazier trained for 18 months. We don't default to off-the-shelf products on our cycles, instead, we implement the optimal solution & this usually means a bespoke component.
