Hi, we’re Ewelina and Edward, and welcome.

This is a space you can come to at any time of the day to slow down, switch off, and just breathe for a moment.

Ewelina is an integrative therapist, and Edward is a professional actor. Together, we create gentle sleep hypnosis, guided meditations, and affirmations to help you let go of the day and drift into natural, restful sleep.

If your mind tends to stay busy when you lie down, these sessions are here to help things settle—quietly, and at your own pace.

You can use these sessions to relax at times of heightened stress, to unwind from a busy day, or simply as part of your nightly routine.
