Dr Jenita Kanapathy is a legal academic, educator and former Advocate and Solicitor with expertise in contract law, corporate governance, judicial reform, digital regulation and technology-enhanced legal education. Her scholarship bridges legal doctrine, professional practice and social justice, focusing on institutional integrity, inequality in the digital economy and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Recognised with eight consecutive Excellent Teaching Engagement Awards from 2018 to 2025, she combines pedagogical innovation with postgraduate supervision and student development. As Director of Taylor’s Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions Impact Lab, her current work advances policy-relevant research, international collaboration and community engagement aligned with SDG 16.
