The platform connects thousands of agents (like kirana shops, pharmacies, mom- and-pop stores etc.) pan-India to the formal banking system, thus enabling them to collect cash from customers in exchange for providing digital financial services like Direct Money Transfer (DMT), Bill Payments, Mobile Recharge and Travel Bookings among many others.
