Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University (DSMNRU) in Lucknow, India is a state-funded university that provides higher education for people with disabilities. The university was established in 2008 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh's Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Vibhag. DSMNRU's mission is to serve people with disabilities, and it reserves at least 50% of its seats for students with disabilities, with half of those seats reserved for students who are visually impaired.
