Hi! I’m Shivam Pal Singh.
I'm a nutritionist, physiotherapist and a fitness trainer.I started my fitness journey 3 years ago in 2017 and at that time I had no knowledge about nutrition, exercise or any other stuff, but I still was doing everything. Soon I realised that the things I have been doing on my own were not entirely helpful. So, I started doing my own research for bettering me.
I focused on what my body could do, not what it looked like.
My muscles grew, and as I got stronger, so did my confidence. When you doubt you can lift something heavy and then you do it, a switch flips in your brain. You start to wonder what else you can tackle.
After that I got my fitness trainer and nutritionist certificate in 2018 and then there was no stopping me.
This channel is my first initiative towards helping others fitness enthusiasts like me in achieving their goal.
And my goal with this channel is to help you find your way.
