Hi, This is Bumbi. Cooking is my passion. I will share with you healthy Indian recipes in a simple, easy, step by step manner so that you can easily try them at your own kitchen. If you've ever been hesitant to cook Indian food thinking they are too complicated, then that's what I am here for. I will show you all the basic steps that are necessary for Indian cooking, including tips and tricks, so if you follow my recipes from start to finish then soon you can cook them in your own way keeping my recipes as a guideline. Hi my dear sweet friends, hope all are doing well. As I am trying my best to complete filming my videos for this year, I thought why not ask you all if you have any particular recipe in mind that you want me to show. If I am familiar with the recipes you request I will surely upload them. Please do not put in a request for making naan because I have not yet mastered on making naan and I never upload any recipe which I am not satisfied completely with the end result. How can I teach properly if I do not have confidence on something. I feel naan is best made in a tandoor and it is almost next to impossible to recreate that smoky tandoor flavor at home. I leave that in the hands of restaurant chefs because I love having naan only at restaurants. Also, I avoid making dessert recipes because I am not good at making it nor do I have the patience. I like being honest with you all my friends. You can also put in requests like if you want to see more videos on lentils/ beans/ vegetables/ chicken. So please help me in deciding my video topics. Thank you.
