Hi my dear sweet friends, hope all are doing well. As I am trying my best to complete filming my videos for this year, I thought why not ask you all if you have any particular recipe in mind that you want me to show. If I am familiar with the recipes you request I will surely upload them. Please do not put in a request for making naan because I have not yet mastered on making naan and I never upload any recipe which I am not satisfied completely with the end result. How can I teach properly if I do not have confidence on something. I feel naan is best made in a tandoor and it is almost next to impossible to recreate that smoky tandoor flavor at home. I leave that in the hands of restaurant chefs because I love having naan only at restaurants. Also, I avoid making dessert recipes because I am not good at making it nor do I have the patience. I like being honest with you all my friends. You can also put in requests like if you want to see more videos on lentils/ beans/ vegetables/ chicken. So please help me in deciding my video topics. Thank you.
