My Approach (Phase 1 – First 3 Months):
🥗 Max 1900 calories a day
⏰ Eating between 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
🏃‍♀️ 1 hour of movement daily
🚶🏾 10,000+ steps (even on the tough days)

Phase 2: (months 4-6)
🥗 ~2,100 calories/day
⏰ Eating 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
🏋️ 3–4 days strength training
🏃 2 days mixed cardio
🚶 10,000 steps daily
🛌 1 active rest day
