For as long as I can remember, I've always had a passion for art & singing. I've been an occasional DIY'er since before it even became a term-since before having my children. I owe my channel and craftiness ALL to my mom who was always crafting up BEAUTIFUL and unique items since I was just a little girl. From making tons of souvenirs and corsages for parties (in which I had the pleasure in helping make) to sewing dresses for brides, pageant models, birthday girls, etc. She was TRULY an artisan in her work and everyone wanted to purchase from her because her items were SO elaborately detailed. She has done it all and was a Jane of all trades! She was most DEFINITELY a HUUUUUGE inspiration to me my whole life. I truly miss her!
