Mindfulness For Children

I'm Elizabeth Mulhane and I'm passionate about improving the wellbeing of humanity. I'm here to help you learn how to practice mindfulness and various forms of meditation. I am also passionate about teaching you how to teach children how to practice.

My list of qualifications for teaching mindfulness and various forms of meditation include: the completion of a 40 day/night fast; a bachelor of Psychological Science, with an honours degree in improving wellbeing with mindfulness and sound; Mindfulness teacher training via Wollongong's Nan Tien Temple; and over 30 years experience with meditation. I also teach via workshops, and online via my website www.mindfulnessforchildren.com.au and my facebook group.
