Greetings, dear friends! 🏔️🚲
Our new video is live, and today we invite you to one of the most breathtaking locations in the Dolomites — Lake Fedaia, resting right at the foot of the magnificent Marmolada.
We were completely mesmerized by the deep turquoise color of the water and the sheer scale of the dam. Riding here feels like being on top of the world! It was the perfect place to stop, take a breath, and admire the "Queen of the Dolomites" in all her glacial glory.
This 1-hour ride is filmed at a steady, rhythmic pace, specifically designed for:
🔥 Fat Burning cardio sessions
🌱 Gentle Recovery & Rehab rides
✨ Pure Alpine meditation on your big TV screen
The full 4K 60fps journey is waiting for you on the channel now. We hope this peaceful atmosphere gives you as much energy as it gave us!
Stay active and happy riding,
Olga & Evgenii

Greetings, dear friends! 🏔️🚲
We’ve just returned from an incredible 4-day trip to the Dolomites, where we spent every day filming breathtaking new routes for you. We can’t wait to show you the beauty we captured, but the absolute highlight of our journey was this past Saturday, June 6th — the legendary Sellaronda Bike Day. 🎉
It was our first time participating in this event, and to be honest, I (Olga) was very nervous. While Evgeny is in great physical shape, I am a bit of a plump lady, and I had many doubts about whether I could handle such a challenge. My biggest fear was my e-bike battery — I was terrified it wouldn't last through the entire route.
The Sellaronda is a stunning loop through the heart of the Dolomites. Starting and ending in Canazei, the route covers 60 km (37 miles) with a total elevation gain of 2,000 meters (6,560 feet) across four mountain passes. Please note, these specific figures for distance and climbing apply only when you start from Canazei, as we did.
Because of my "battery anxiety," I rode the entire first climb in "Tour" mode to save energy. It was a bit hard emotionally because everyone was overtaking me, but I just kept my pace and stayed focused.
The weather forecast also had me worried. They predicted only +7°C (45°F) at the top of the passes, and I was scared of freezing. But the reality of climbing was quite different! When you are tackling those steep slopes, you get so hot and drenched in sweat from the effort that by the time you reach the summit, you are actually grateful for the cold air. That chill was a true blessing and exactly what my body needed after the intense heat of the climb!
The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we filmed the entire 60 km journey in 4K. I am now working hard on the editing — cleaning up the wind noise and carefully removing our many rest breaks and photo stops so you can enjoy a smooth, high-quality experience on your TV screens.
Because of this careful "polishing" process, the video will be released a bit later, towards the end of this week.
Thank you for your patience and for all your warm support! If I could conquer those four passes and 2,000 meters of elevation, I know you can stay active and achieve your goals too.
See you soon on the road!

Tired but happy! 🚲🇦🇹
We have just discovered a new region for us — the incredibly beautiful Salzkammergut. This 65km route along three stunning lakes was so spectacular!
We’ve uploaded the entire journey (3h 51min) so you can fully immerse yourself in the summer atmosphere of this resort area.
Due to technical reasons, we were riding slower than usual this time. If you prefer a faster pace, you can always increase the playback speed in the YouTube settings.
Enjoy the ride! https://youtu.be/o7L-1XiOwHY

Hello everyone! We just posted a new journey through the beautiful countryside of Upper Bavaria.
The views on this route are truly special. We loved riding past the wide green hills and along the peaceful Isar river. We also passed through the historic town of Bad Tölz with its traditional painted houses. If you look at the horizon, you can see the majestic Alpine peaks following us almost the entire way. The soft lighting during the "golden hour" made the final part of the trip very relaxing.
We’d love to know your preference: do you enjoy these scenic, peaceful rural hills and calm rivers, or do you prefer the more dramatic alpine routes with high mountain peaks? Let us know in the comments!

Some of our favorite moments from our latest Alpine journey in Karwendel Nature Park! 🚴♂️🚴♀️
As we rode deeper into the Karwendel mountains, we kept our eyes on these majestic peaks and our hands on the handlebars. The storm clouds were quite intimidating, so we didn’t dare stop for long, but we just couldn't resist capturing these views of the perfect road leading into the wild.
It’s amazing how a slight incline feels like nothing when you’re surrounded by scenery like this. Thank you for joining us on this adventure!

Hello friends! A 90-minute ride from Mittenwald to the emerald lake Ehrwalder Almsee is now live on the channel.
We have explored many paths in the Alps, but this route has officially become one of our absolute favorites. There is something magical about riding beside a rushing mountain river and finishing at a turquoise lake surrounded by towering peaks with patches of spring snow. The views at the end were so spectacular that we honestly didn’t want to leave! We hope you enjoy this "fairytale" atmosphere as much as we did.
We’re curious: do you prefer shorter rides or these longer 90-minute sessions for your workouts and relaxation? Let us know in the comments!

A spring awakening in the heart of the Tyrol mountains... 🇦🇹🏔️
We’ve just shared one of the most special rides we’ve ever filmed together! This journey took us from the emerald waters of Lake Ehrwalder Almsee down into the peaceful Gaistal Valley.
Even though it's already warm in the valleys and the cherry blossoms have finished blooming, up here we are still surrounded by the last patches of winter snow and the very first crocuses. The majestic snow-capped peaks along the way and the incredible panorama of the emerald lake have made this route one of our absolute favorites. 🌸❄️
As always, we’ve kept the natural sounds of the gravel and the mountains. We think it’s the perfect companion, whether you're joining us for an indoor workout or just want a moment of pure 'Slow TV' relaxation on your big screen at home.
If you haven't seen it yet, grab your bike or a cup of tea and join us here: https://youtu.be/5moxW4XH-g0

Hello friends!
There is a special kind of magic in the Bavarian Alps just before sunset. In Part 4 of our series, we invite you to join us for a 23-minute ride from Gieshof back towards Lake Tegernsee.
We started at the picturesque Gieshof Chapel, bathed in that warm, golden spring glow. This ride is all about the "Golden Hour" — the soft light, the quiet hills, and the peaceful atmosphere of the foothills.
There is no music, just the natural sounds of the wind and the road, making it a perfect "moment of Zen" to end your day or a gentle recovery ride for your workout. 🧘♂️🚲
