Rami Attallah

Born in Cairo in the year 1988, Rami Attallah grew to be one of the youngest jazz pianists on the professional musical scene in Egypt.
Rami is the grandson of the one and only Bib Henein- one of the godfathers of Jazz music in Egypt. He studied Jazz piano and theory of music under Mr. Rashad Fahim and classical piano under the Italian teacher Elide Dello Strologo. He also got the International Examinations Board Certificate for Piano and Music Theory from Trinity College of Music in London.

He evolved into becoming a successful and talented composer, having composed over thirty songs. He has also worked on tens of arrangements and side projects.He was also the music director of a video about the evolution of Music in Egypt from 1920 till 2013 which got more than 100000 views on YouTube.

Rami is the founder of the Rami Attallah Group performing his own compositions. He is also the main pianist of the Riff Band Jazz Group and the Los Compadres Latin Jazz Group.
