Cliff Long from Orlando joined the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) in December 2017, with the responsibility of strengthening the organization to meet the needs of one of the fastest-growing regions in America. Since that time, he has led ORRA, the eighth largest REALTOR® association in the country, through expansion, improved financial stability, and greater leadership in housing, advocacy, and regional matters.

Cliff Long has more than 20 years of experience serving as a chief executive in both nonprofit and for-profit environments. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for guiding organizations through difficult periods and times of opportunity. His work has included managing financial recoveries, creating membership-based subsidiaries, and supporting capital development efforts.
