The World is Ageing — and So Are We
Our planet is changing.
Every year, more people turn 40, 50, 60 and beyond.
While longevity is one of humanity’s greatest achievements, it also brings new demographic and social challenges.
It’s time for a new approach to education, movement, and quality of life.
That’s why we’ve created the Global Active Ageing Standard—an international educational framework and course system designed to help fitness, wellness, and health professionals effectively support adults (40+) all the way into later life.
Our goal?
To move beyond the traditional concept of a “fitness trainer” and establish a global competency standard for professionals working in active ageing—trainers, instructors, consultants, and educators.
