「人は食べたものでできている」
看護師は”病気を抱える方のケア”をする仕事ですが
僕は、体調・病気のことで悩む
患者様の声をたくさん聞く中で
「病気から遠ざかり
元気に笑って幸せに生きる人たちが
もっと増えてほしい」
「いま目の前にいる患者さんだけじゃなく
SNSで僕を見つけてくれた方たちにも
僕なりのケアを届けたい」
このような思いが大きくなっていきました。
からだも心も、食べたもので作られます。
看護師だからこそ僕は、原点である”食”を通して
健康でいられる手伝いをしたい。
だけど夜勤や残業も多い中で、
食事ばかりに時間をかけられない･･･
僕自身がそう感じてきたからこそ
材料・調味料・工程･･･全てシンプルでも
美味しくヘルシーなレシピを届けたい。
”一杯の手作りごはん”が
みんなの幸せな人生のきっかけとなりますように。

＜自己紹介＞
1991年生まれ 看護師
総合病院勤務12年目の男性看護師。
内科・外科全般の患者様が混在する病棟で
年間300人以上のケアに携わる。
学生時代の”奨学金1,000万円”の返済目的に
2021年〜YouTubeの動画投稿を開始。
”大変だけど日々成長”、働く看護師の日常や
奨学金の返済経過を等身大の言葉で話しています。
