If you want to feel fit and healthy, you can't ignore sport. Here in my channel I would like to introduce you to a few workouts - they usually involve training specific areas of the body. The channel is aimed primarily at women, but men are also welcome to join.

A few information about me 😉 :
Sport has always been an important part of my life - now I have put this hobby on a "professional footing" and trained as a medical fitness trainer and coach. I was able to gain experience not only on myself, but also as a trainer in popular sports.
But yoga is also a passion that I have pursued since my childhood and which helps me to maintain balance in everyday life.
