I love to make videos about, What I eat in a day/week, Workout Routines, Motivational Messages, and Everyday Life!

My channel will consist of my fitness transformation, health diary/log, and lifestyle. I have lost over 39lb. Very naturally! Throughout my fitness transformation, I have had many setbacks and I want to provide the knowledge, positive energy, and motivation to people who are traveling down this weight loss road.

I have changed my eating habits from counting calories, juicing, shakes, keto, low carb, intermittent fasting, to now a more plant-based regiment.

Throughout my workout journey, my workouts have consisted of HIIT Workouts, Running, Dancing, Cardio, to now Strength Training. I am a beginner at Strength Training and I really enjoy it.
