I’ve lived more seasons than I care to admit.
Hey, I’m Jenn. On paper I’m retired. I went back to school at 43. I’m in an empty nest. And I’m still figuring out who I want to be when I grow up. It’s messy. And I’m okay with that.

This isn’t the first time I’ve burned my life down and started over.

I’ve been through divorce, remarrying, blending a family, estrangement, working for the military, running my own company, retiring early, starting a second company, and hosting a podcast. I’ve been there. Done that. And the adventure is just getting started.

I’m not guessing at this stuff. I’ve studied how people actually change, and I share what works in plain language. No fluff. No filters. Just real.
