Thorough & informative Let's Play game walkthrough videos with a dark sense of British humour.

Some Let's Players stick to a favourite strategy or weapons without trying the other options; I play games to the fullest extent, and I use every tactic, weapon and every special ability to its full potential. With my Let's Plays you get to see absolutely everything that a game has to offer, but with a comedic attitude rather than a dry facts-only walkthrough.

Despite my name, I don't consider myself particularly evil. Though I have been known to laugh maniacally when I get my hands on big guns, energy weapons and flamethrowers...

I am also a Ghostbuster. With a working proton pack.

YouTube just notified me that part 01 of my Let's Play of TimeShift has hit 10,000 views! Woohoo! (Although part 0 - the introduction - was actually already at 12,000.)

Hi everyone, thanks for bearing with me on the next parts of Quantum Break and Half-Life.

It was my intention to get the next Half-Life video out before the next part of Quantum Break, but the next Half-Life video has proven to be a very big project. I'm therefore considering switching over to finishing the next Quantum Break video and putting that out first, just so that there isn't too long a wait till my next piece of content.

"Unforeseen Consequences", the first chapter of Half-Life set after the disaster, has a lot crammed into it. We are introduced to 5 types of enemy, each of which have a number of interesting behaviours to show off. We gain 3 weapons, 2 of which behave differently in earlier versions of Half-Life compared to later patches. (Of course I'm including footage from both old and new versions of Half-Life to demonstrate this.) There are several alternate routes and alternative ways of getting past obstacles. Plus there are one or two differences between the PC and PS2 version.

As my intention for this series is for it to be the definitive guide to Half-Life, I am covering all these aspects in a great amount of detail.

On the upside, there will also be a blooper/outtake reel of various recording attempts where things do not go to plan, including scripted sequences failing, nonsensical remarks by NPCs, bizarre behaviour, and me messing up and getting myself killed.

There are still a few days to vote for what Paul Serene should do next, in Let's Play Quantum Break! Voting ends Monday 7th January. If you were one of the first 17 people to watch the video, you might have found that the YouTube poll wasn't active yet. Apologies to those subscribers that watched the video within a few minutes of it going live, and couldn't find an 'i' symbol to click on! If you check out the video again, you've still got a chance to vote.
